Understanding Grief For those who have lost a loved one Special Topics

Will my grief continue forever?

Having different intensive grief reactions may seem unfamiliar to the bereaved, yet they are in fact normal reactions to the loss of our beloved ones. As time passes, if we are able to cope in an adaptive way, our grief reactions may diminish in intensity and the negative impacts on our daily lives would reduce, yet the memory and love is always there.

Grief is not the same for everyone. Everyone responds differently.
